Why doesn't the water get hot on my BrewKup (Keurig) machine

I have a BrewKup machine similar to a Keurig machine. About 2 weeks ago the Kcup I put into the machine caused the water to back up inside of it and clog. Since then my machine doesn't brew hot water anymore. Can you fix this?
