iMac Late 2013 No chime, No LED

iMac Late 2013 opened a couple of times to install a SSD instead of hard drive, than it worked, but after few days I opened the screen hardly and the DisplayPort cable of the screen was broken. So I replaced the broken DisplayPort cable than I tried to power up and no Startup chime, the LCD is black. Fans are working.

Can you take some good sharp pictures of the connector and the cable ends so we can see clearly the pins and the shell body of the connector. Edit your question to post them.
