iPhone Logic board need help ASAP

Hello...

I think that I may have ripped couple of pins and the thing next to the U2 IC in the process of removing the U2 IC and I need to know how to fill the pins maybe with solder or something.

John Smith, looks like the solder pads are tore off. There is nothing to stick solder to. Once the pad is off you can only rebuild it if you still have copper underneath it. Right now it looks like your board needs to be replaced. Clean it proplery and carefully check if there is still some copper visible.

No you can't. It has to be part of the logicboards circuitry. It is a BGA chip and therefore the contacts are underneath.

so there is nothing I can do to fix the logic board?

by

most likely not.
