Why can't I connect Samsung Hub to Cable Box with HDMI connection

I just purchased the Samsung 65" UN65F9000 TV. The TV comes with an external hub with all the HDMI ports, AVI (component), ethernet, etc. It seems the hub is picking up all of the signals such as Ethernet, component cables, etc. but my HDMI does not pick up cable from the cable box. When it is in the corresponding HDMI port it says "there is no signal". I've tried all 4 HDMI ports and nothing. I've been switched in the hub for a different one and there is still no signal! I've trouble the cable box to a different TV and there is no problem. I've also did all trouble shooting internally in the TV. When calling a Samsung representative he says it must be a cable problem. Any suggestions?

Answer this question I have this problem too
