Ok! This is a common issue which happens to most of the people!! This is because your TAB memory is full which is either 8GB (Usable only 4.5GB) or 16GB (Usable only 12GB) Where you end up taking to much of videos or download a lot of stuffs which is actually stored on the TAB memory. Simple way to check is go to setting -> More -> Storage -> which will show you how much is the phone memory Available!!

Rita, the most likely problem is that you need to change the default setting for where your files are downloaded to. The exact location for that setting depends on what browser you're using. The default storage location is located under the web browser settings. For the default Android browser on the Samsung Galaxy Tab, you change the setting by starting the browser and touching the "Menu" button. Select "Settings", "Advanced", and "Default Storage". You should get a pop-up menu to select either "Device" (the internal memory) or "Memory Card" (the microSD card you installed). If that option isn't there, then it's likely that the card isn't being recognized by your device. It may not be formatted or has the wrong formatting. It needs to be formatted as FAT32.
