Can I get help with chrome?

This is probably the wrong place to ask but i have noticed that my google results look funny. it doesnt do this on my other browsers only on Chrome and i dont know how to fix it.

Delete unwanted extensions and reset the browser. it seems to be some kind of malware inflation

simply you can access extensions pasting below link on chrome

chrome://extensions/
