What do you mean by reset the memory? Do you mean a factory reset? please clarify!

Hi,

the message on the screenshot says to reseat the memory not to reset it. Here is a link to the D630 service manual which shows how to remove/install memory.

Be sure to read and follow all the safety procedures before removing memory. If it still fails after you have reseated the memory then you'll have to buy another memory module. If there are two memory modules you may have to work out which one is causing the problem.
