i have a supposedly unlocked iphone 4s but turned out to be locked. i need to know how to unlock it.

I'm thinking your definition of unlocked, and mine, are very different. What do you mean, you're locked out? With the passcode?

no like the phones carrier its a at&t unlocked but turned out it was not i want to see if there is a way i can git it on t mobile with out having my parents returning the phone
