My iPhone battery stucks at different percentage on screen. Suppose it is now stucked at 71% and if I connect charger then nothing changes. But if I restart the phone then the percentage will change to some other digit and will remain fixed until I restart again. I changed the battery but the issue still remains. What to do now?

This is either bad battery, or a missing component, FL11, near the battery connector on the motherboard. Have it replaced and you'll be fine.
