Why won't my LG get a signal

since I have got my phone it won't get a signal only in certain areas but I have cellular south and it should have signal everywhere someone took it apart before I got it please help

koni jenkins, that could be tough since you do not know what the history of this phone is. I would suggest that you disassemble the phone and take a look at all the connectors and flex cables. Make sure that the antenna is properly connected.
