Horrible screen colours after upgrade to iOS 9

After the upgrade to iOS 9 (9.0.2) icon colours are horrible, and photos display as negatives. I can't figure out how to revert to some more pleasing colours/normal photos.

Have you tried going into settings and seeing if changing the accessibility settings changes this?
