iPhone shocked doesn't receive touch

Hello dear

My iPhone fall down at its head corner , didn't shut down . Its start to acte abnormally as choose program spontaneously , the touch become week on display , some letters on keyboard (U'J,and N ) doesn't press as its not found but when i spins the iphone at its side the keyboard woks very well ,and when i press at the headphone the display choose app even i didn't touch it .and i review 2 lines (yellow ) at long standing of the display .

Help me please to determine the problem .
