Changed Display Wlan does not work

Hi,

I just changed a Display in a Iphone 6, as I put all the connector on logic board an turned the device on, everything worked fine.

than I put the little metal plate back over the connectors closed the phone and after I stated it, the wlan symbol is gray, i can't turn wlan on.

can some help me? what did i wrong or which part is damged?

If the Wifi is greyed out and you can't turn it off or on then something got damaged on the logic board. Unfortunately this is not a part that can be easily replaced, it does require micro soldering . Hard to say what you did wrong, you would have to look at the logic board under a microscope and see if any resistors are damaged or it could be a static electricity issue, are you grounding yourself before working on devices?

Also, the screws that hold that metal plate over the connectors are all different sizes, if you put one of them in the wrong place that can also cause damage to the logic board. Really important to stay organized with the screws when working on iPhones.
