MY iPhone 5S doesn't work after battery change

Hello. After changing the battery of my iPhone's battery percentage has fallen from 100% to 10% immediately and then it was off and will not turn on. It does not even recognize iTunes! What can be? I tried to change the lighting and the flat connector of the power button, but not working.

Could be a battery issue or something got damaged on the logic board when you did the repair.

Do you have another battery or maybe your old battery to put back in the device to see if does the same thing?

Also, if you have a microscope check out the logic board around the battery connector. There are lots of little resistors around the battery connector that can easily get damaged when unplugging the battery if you're not careful enough. Ive attached a pic of some damaged resistors around the battery connector so you can see what Im talking about.
