Why can't I hear anything?

I've tried everything... I tried turning the volume all the way up, tried unplugging and plugging it in again, but there's still no sound. What do I do??

If you've tried unplugging the headset and plugging it in again, it's probably not the auxiliary cable. You may have to replace your speakers; to do that, go to the (speakers replacement guide for Turtle Beach Ear Force XO Four).
