Dropped iPhone - No sim error!

This guy dropped his phone and then afterwards it said NO SIM and there is no reception on it what so ever. It is definitely 100% NOT the sim card! The sim card works on other phones, its the phone that has the problem. I teared down the phone and there does not appear to be any damage what so ever on the cellular antenna. The guy said it "it has been dropped many times"
