Why the screen can not turn on?

My ipad3 problem is

- black screen, i try to see with torch, there is no picture at all (apple logo, etc)

- iTunes not detect when screen attached, only dfu mode will detected.

- if i remove the screen, iTunes detect it normally, just need respond for trusted the device.

- if i remove the screen, and try to charging, there is a beeping sound repeatedly.

- i've tried to replace the battery, LCD, do hard reset,

Please help, Please help, :'(

Try to connect it via DFU-Mode and reset the iPad.

I have tried to connect to itunes in dfu mode and detected. Then I unplugged the usb and do a hard reset, do not produce results, the screen remains dark, then I plug the USB cable back into the laptop, ipad are not detected by itunes.

I do not dare try to do a restore, because the customer forgot his icloud email and password :(

Well, he can either lose all his data or lose his iPad.

You should try to check whether the cables are all connected correctly.

Maybe you just got a broken Display and need another one.

If resetting it while in DFU-Mode isnt helping, you should try an other Display. You still can send it back in and get your cash back, if thats not the solution for your problem.
