The buttons do not work

Hi all,

I have a problem with buttons of my monitor LCD. They are touch bottons and they don't work more.

My monitor is in a mode "stage on" and a vertical line moves along the screen and I can not remove it if I can't use buttons.

I disassembled monitor but I don't know how repair buttons. It's not a problem of pressure, but it seems a problem circuits.

Someone can help me or give me advice about it?
