Standby On Button Blinking; Disk Tray Locked; Won't Turn On

Can someone help me?

I have a Philips DVP642 DVD Player as a Christmas gift and when trying to turn on manually/remote the Standby On button blinks and disk tray locked with disk inside.

It may be a bad capacitor in the PSU board.
