Ehh it shouldn't be very difficult to find one on eBay. Though, to be perfectly honest. It's not going to be a deal breaker, for your phone. Used lots of 4/4S without it. Never noticed a difference

I hope it's like you said, that the 4 / 4S works without clip.

I tried to find the clip (and buy it) between the parties of iFixit, but I can not find it. Can someone please help me?

IFixit has an email for requests?

Yeah, it definitely works. It's supposed to be a grounding clip. But it connects the ground, to the back glass.
