Okay my Samsung galaxy s4 was working fine but suddenly when calling out or receiving calls it only works on speaker. What replacement piece must I get? Or could there be another way to resolve my issue? If so how?

It sounds like the bottom mic has broken. You can easily replace it. You just need to replace the bottom board shown in step 21 on the teardown.
