Why is there a white smoke coming out of my exhaust?

I noticed this mornig that I'm getting a white smoke in my exhaust when I noticed that my oil was to short I fillled it ..but without noticing I filled to much engine oil.. When I drove on the street white smoke coming out...

Ryan, if it is a matter of having overfilled the engine with oil, it is now pushing the oil past the seals and into the combustion are. Drain your oil and fill it to the required level only. You will most likely still have white smoke for a while.

Yeah I thought that could be, but according to my garage that is should be something in the engine, because it starts to smoke before I put the engine oil...and according to them it might cost more to fix it and just get a new car...Should I believe him?

I see. That was not quite made clear by your question. If it smoked white before you are probably looking at some ring, cylinder head,or valve damage. Do a compression test and a leak down test. That will get you some basic information on what is going on.
