iPod keeps restarting on and off

My ipod keeps restarting everytime I use it . ill be on it for like 3 or 4 mins and it will restart . and it does that everytime . i tried holding the home button and lock button it still does the same . if this cant be fixed . is their any way i can just get all my pictures from my ipod to my computer without connecting my ipod because it will turn on and off either ways . PLEASEE HELP ! with either two . i just want my pictures . i have so much memories ..

Marelin Gutierrez you cannot retrieve your images unless your iPod stays on long enough to be recognized by iTunes etc. From the symptoms you describe, it sounds like you have a bad battery. Replace the battery then re-evaluate.

I totally understand. You can always send it off to some of the online repair shops. That will of course depend on where you reside.
