I have no idea what happened, but it may be possible that the charge is too low, have you tried charging it?

I am so frustrated. I finally got the Android character and says no command. Then it goes right to the page with diff steps and I picked factory reset and it completed within seconds. I actually tried quite a few others just to try and get it to work. Did a reboot or power off but same thing. It never goes past to logging in. I see the Samsung galaxy tablet S. Then it goes to next screen which is Samsung and it remains on and flashing. I can not get past it. How do I fix? Hope this can get submitted.

I have been trying for weeks. Google to troubleshoot as retired and don’t want to replace. Not working and use my Samsung galaxy tab S to play games. It took me forever to get the android to pop up! Don’t know why it says no command. And the Android is laying down and there is an exclamation mark. I took pics! My tablet is fully charged. The next screen I see gives me options: reboot to boot loader, reboot system now, wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, mount/system, power off. I tried all of these and still takes me back to the first two screens. Oh! At the bottom of the screen of commands it says no support single-SKU and supporter API-3. Does all this info help cause I seem to go in circles. Can someone suggest anything else?

I've been trying to get in my Samsung Galaxy E8.0 Tablet and it keeps telling me that I will need the original google account email and password before I would be able to sign in or do anything else. I have no idea what the original email and password were. How do I get passed that

To be honest, this sounds like malware, since the problem started after downloading or streaming a movie. IF the vid was downloaded, delete it if the device stays on long enough for you to do that. You should also delete the internet history and cache memory.

You didn't indicate if you could actually turn the tablet completely off. You have to have the device completely powered off to perform a factory reset. The fact that you've uninstalled apps and they came back tells me that the factory reset was unsuccessful or not done properly. If you've been doing this without powering the tablet completely off, that is probably the reason.

Sorry that I can't be more helpful but hopefully this will get you fixed up. ;-)

I'm having the same problem. I'm able to turn off the tablet just in time between reboots.

I've tried the factory reset through Settings etc. (i was only succesfull doing it this way once) and tried several times, using the Power and Vol-down button. Did not change anything.

Using Wipe cache data, Wipe User data same story.

Also tried to reinstall the firmware using Odin, also not working.

Does anyone have any other suggestions I could try?

I have the same problem I have tried all of it and when I send it to the nearest shop to repair they say it was software problem and they say they couldn't connect to pc and then I don't know what to do pls help me solve this

The problem is maybe caused by the memory is getting full try wiping your memory and disable all the apps that are running in the background. I have the same problem with the restarting but after wiping the memory my phones stays on longer but my problem is not fix as I only have 2GB of memory.

If anyone has a permanent solution please help.

Well, without knowing the particular make/model of the tablet, youmay need to search for the exact method for doing this, but... Boot into Safe Mode. This does much the same as with your PC, but prevents ALL user-installed apps from starting/running. So only default system apps are active. This is helpful in eliminating your apps/files as the source of the problem, if the problem persists. The downside is that antivirus / anti-malware can't be run in Safe Mode.

This page has details, plus pictures, of two methods for accessing Safe Mode.

This is easier than me trying to tell you myself, when something with pictures can do it better. :D

I would suggest taking it to an authorized Samsung Dealer and have them take a look at the power supply. I have a Samsung Galaxy phone with a removable battery that would restart and restart and didn't boot I did a factory reset the problem continued. I took out the battery and rubbed the contacts lightly on a piece of fabric then re-installed the battery, it worked perfect. The only issue with your tab, no access to the power supply. Good luck i hope you can get it fixed.
