Worth Repairing? 220V Fried my Wii

I plugged my Wii, mistakenly, in 220v current. My 110v Wii doesn't work now. I think the box on the power cord was fried. If anyone has experience with high current...please advise if this is a hopeless cause or if a repair is possible. Thanks!

Bishop are you talking about the AC adapter? Or how did you get 220V into the Wii?

I took the Wii to Asia and my son plugged it in. I am in Asia now, but coming back to the states.
