Sensor/FrontCam Flex suddenly dead after screen replacement

Hello!

I have replaced a bit over 100 iPhone 6 screens now and about 5 of them the sensor flex has just died out of nowhere!

Sometimes the proximity sensor stops working completely or if won't transmit any sound to the earpiece/receiver. Never had any problems with the camera tho.

And its not that I just place it wrong it really breaks!

Very annoying but thankfully not that common. NEVER had this problem on a 5 or 5S

Anyone know what might be the cause of this? Maybe the p-sensor is sensitive and is damaged even though I handle it with care, but the sound??

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

It's the alignment of the proximity sensor most of the time also make sure the little black square piece of rubber is seated where the sensor goes.

If it still does not work u need to replace the sensor as taking it off, no matter how gentle you are will cause the problem. Remember it's a fragile flex cable

It is not a question about the alignment I know all la about placing. the sound really breaks.

Yes ok sensitive p-sens might break more easily but sound should still work.

I was one of the first to replace a screen here in Sweden I have done it hundreds of times after that.
