Why is my iMac g5 not turning on?

My imac g5 will not turn on now. Originally it was shutting off when it was asleep and I would go hit a key to wake it up. After I would hit the key it would shut off. Now it doesn't even turn on?

Options

It could be the power supply or bad capacitors. Open the back and plug it in. Hit the CUDA reset button located to the lower left center of the logic board. Then hit the other CUDA to try to start it. The diagnostic LEDS are to the right of th CUDA buttons see what they indicate and let us know.
