How to Disassemble Belkin Bluetooth Car Kit to replace audio cable?

The audio cable on my Belkin CarAudio Connect Aux with Bluetooth MODEL F4U037tt snagged on the steering wheel and now there is no audio.

I would like to open up the round case and replace the audio cable.

I tried prying open the case bottom, but it did not come apart. I could not see any clips for the snap fit. How do I take it apart?
