Connector on I/O Board

So i had a issue where couldnt charge, no sound etc

Took my Mac apart and the cable had popped off

2 weeks later and it appears the same thing has happened. I suspect the cable is not fitting as snugly as previously.

Can anyone suggest a glue of adhesive i could use to secure the cable in place.

If it breaks again its probably getting replaced so im not too worried about the cable being difficult to replace
