How to open water filter housing to replace waterline that's leaking?

I have a GE Arctica Refrigerator. The waterline that goes from the water filter to the ice maker & water dispenser is leaking. I have a new water line, but don't understand how to get into the water filter housing to swap it out.

After much frustration, I removed the entire filter housing and both lines (in and out). It's on my counter now, but I still cant fiqure out how to get into the waterline hose area. I don't want to force and break anything, can't find any info on the web or GE site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just need to swap out old waterline with new line. It's ridiculous that I'm having this much difficulty.

Thanks

Goggled entire water filter housing and cheapest price was $55. So I removed a shut off connecter I had on my RODI water filter line (use this water for reef tank). Cut the new hose and connected the broken hose, done!

Why didn't I think about this a week ago? It was a $3.50 fix!
