How to fix a faulty memory in iPhone 6

I would like to know how to do it step by step at home instead of sending it back to the apple store it would be very helpful.

Hello Alexander,

if you talking about NAND flash its better to think about new logic board replacement. anyway here you can see NAND flash highlighted in red color. if you have sound BGA reworking skills you can replace the NAND flash. only NAND replacement will not enough to boot your phone as having high level of security and you may have to replace motion coprocessor and LTE modem as well.
