Fixed YLOD, turned on for few minutes

Fixed the YLOD with the ifixit kit. Turned PS3 on for few minutes to start the process of "starting your new system". Then the fans kicked on faster and faster. The system threw a "your system is overheating" or something of that nature. And it shut itself off. Now it won't do anything. Just beeps 3 times when I try to power it on. Any suggestions?
