Probably low quality screens. Look for a supplier that sells original quality parts. iFixit has a good wholesale program for quality screens.

You shouldn't be using adhesive for this procedure. Those parts pretty much just pop in, and stay in. I'm guessing it's the parts your using. High quality parts are way worth it. It'll save you money on having to throw a part away, especially if you can't send it back, and save your customer from being upset. Did you take any pictures?

I've been having these problems too. I don't use original but I use AAA and usually offer 6 months warranty but recently had to reduce it to 3 because of this.

The glass is adhered via hot glue, the best way to fix this is heat up the glass (no more then 90 degrees C, going round the sides) and then push the glass back into the frame and clamp it down and leave it there until the it's dry

Check for cracks around hold button on 5c's seen several with cracks around that button which makes the phone a little more prone to popping the screen out. your only 2 choices I know of are replace back cover or a little glue around that corner of lens to keep screen from moving
