george mwambipile, you may have to reset your phone. Try these instructions:" NOTE: If you can't get into the settings menu, try removing and replacing the battery, and then turning the phone ON. This effectively restarts the phone.
The following method will restore your phone and is helpful if it keeps freezing, won't respond or you’ve forgotten the security PIN.
Restoring your Bold 9900 to factory settings will delete all data, so if you’re not locked out of the phone you should first try and do a back up. Restoring your phone won't affect the SIM card or removable memory card
Restore your phone to factory defaults
Step 1
From the home screen, open the All applications/icon menu and select the Options.
Step 2
Scroll down and select Security.
Step 3
Select Security Wipe.
Step 4
Check the boxes corresponding to the data you want to be completely deleted, like 'Application data'.
Step 5
Confirm you want to delete your data and factory reset your phone by typing the word 'blackberry' in the field provided and then selecting 'Wipe'.
Step 6
The process can take up to 10 minutes, depending on the amount of data on your phone. When finished, your phone will restart and begin the setup process. from here
