Where can I take my PS4 to be checked out
i drop my PS4 on the floor now it won't work

This is a hard one...first of all I'm assuming that your warranty has expired. If not then Sony would be the cheapest option. After that it mostly depends on if you have a reliable shop in your area that knows how to repair them. For that you'll just have to ask around/check online reviews.
If you want to send it in somewhere for repair you have multiple options that you can find online. There are multiple businesses here on ifixit that can repair it for you. My business is one of them.

My PS4 got unplugged then after I tried to plug it back it went to safe mode then I ask Sony what do I do then they u have to reinitiate the PS4. Then when I do it just glitched out and went back to safe mode then there is nothing I could. Plz say something about
