My mobile is not turning on...plz help

last night the mobile was out of charge....morning i kept it for charging.....after an hour i asked my brother to give me the mobile.....as it was in off condition...i removed sd card for watching movie in my tv.....after some time i tried onning my mobile....i removed battery and placed it,,,,whenever i did this there was a vibration for 1 second and mobile showed samsung logo thats ittt.........its not onning...it is out of warranty plz help me .............thanks in advance for reply
