50Cc moped Acceleration is good until I take it off kickstand
My acceleration is great unroll I take the kick stand up

It sounds like what your saying is that you have lots of power until you are under load which means you have bad compression or a vacuum leak in the intake . do a compression test and then test for vacuum leaks.

Jimmy hill what make and model is your moped? what happens when you take it of the kick stand? what have you checked?
