My device won’t power on?

The Sonos Play:1 will not power on.

where could i get the Power and Volume switch board part from?

If the light on top doesn't work, you have a power issue. Use another power cable to be sure that the device itself has an issue.

Opening the device (as explained elsewhere on this site) will void warranty and possible support from Sonos.

Inside, on the motherboard, there is a fuse, which can be replaced only by desoldering it.

See other questions regarding this device: if you didn't have a high tension peak in your electric installation, it can be the thermistor (TH301) which has failed.

Check to see of the power adapter is plugged in and working. If the adapter is plugged in then a light on the power button should come on. If the light does not come on, consider replacing the power adapter. If the light still does not come on then the device power button could be the problem so it would need to be replaced.

A Sonos Play 1 doesn't have an external power adapter. The power cord goes straight into the device. It doesn't have a power button neither.
