Device does not connect to WiFi?

When trying to connect the Sonos Play:1 to the WiFi connect, the device received no connection.

The could be caused by different reasons. Check to see how strong of a signal the router is producing. If the signal is weak, consider powering off the router and re-powering or simply just moving closer to the router. Another problem could be that the wireless adapter could be damaged and needs to be replaced.

If your trying to connect Sonos to the 5GHZ wifi network it won't work.. The lower 2.4 GHZ is what Sonos devices operate on, check your router settings and choose the 2.5 GHZ network.
