Why won’t the Sonos Play:1 connect to any device?

While trying to connect to Sonos Play: 1 to my iPhone, my device would not connect. The IP address shown on my iPhone screen does not match the IP address on the Sonos Play:1 device.

It could be due to the IP address not matching. Power off the Sonos Play:1 speaker, router, and and device used to connect with the speaker. Once all devices are powered off, first turn on the router and wait for it to completely power on. Next you would want to power of the speaker and the device used to connect to speaker. Once all devices are powered on, fall the instructions given the the startup guide given with the Sonos Play:1.
