8.1.3, jailbreak, reset apple logo loop screen

I have an iPhone 4s 8.1.3 jailbroken with pangu, I tried reseting off of the phone itself to remove the jailbreak, before it started removing the contents of the phone phone, it went to the apple logo screen and stayed there, I have tried connecting it to the computer in recovery mode, and when it finishes it shows me the error "-1" on the computer screen. Please Help!!!

The -1 error is a bit worrisome. But anyway, to Restore an iPhone with a jailbreak that was Reset from the iPhone, it must be performed in DFU Mode, not Restore Mode.

DFU Mode:

Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with USB cable, hold both home and power buttons for exactly 10 seconds, release power button keep holding home button, for about another 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. If the iPhone screen is black, it is DFU Mode, restore iPhone. Keep trying until you get DFU Mode.

When in a bootloop and unable to get out best to try and restart the phone with the [ Power + Volume up ] go about restarting the loop like you normally would with the [ Power + Home button ] but when the screen shuts off imedeatly hold down the [ Volume Up button ] and see if that will work, What it should do is run your iphone without MobileSubstrate, in otherwords you will still see all of you tweaks and apps but they will not run, you jailbroken phone will run just as it would normally only without the 'jailbreak' components running. I may be wrong but I think I am right, All of this is self taught from poking around since there isn't really a IOS Jailbreaker's Guide to the Galaxy... =\
