wont let me use programs or into ant icon admin permissions needed
How do I get pass administrator permissions needed when clicking on the icon .download all my files when I turn it on but when I click on the icons it tells me permission needed .how do I get past that

Hello jaime
Until you use Chromebook as a Guest, you couldn’t take control of it because it was still associated someones Google account. you have powerwash option isn’t available; rightly so.
It turns out, you can still wipe the Chromebook clean with a keycode combination.
At the first login screen, simply press Alt+Ctrl+Shift+R and tap the Restart button. Doing so brings up the Powerwash prompt, which you can choose to wipe the device clean within a few minutes.
Note : all data will be lost on your device
