What can I do to fix this?

in the past a little bit of water has gotten into my macbook, and it stopped working all together. I just cleaned the corrosion on the motherboard and put it all back together, now it runs but has no screen display, its just black but you can hear the fan working really fast

A little water on the logic board is like being a little pregnant, it tends to grow and does not go away on it's own. It probably got in via the keyboard and now the keyboard has shorted out. Most of the time with both the keyboard and the logic board involved it is economically unfeasible to restore. Try putting a similar amount of water on your shirt and watch how far it spreads. Tell us more about the parts you have replaced and how the water entered, how long the corrosion went on.
