Very loud rattling noise

Within a few minutes of turning on my iMac 21.5 EMC 2428, I hear a very loud and distracting rattling noise. It sounds like the noise is most pronounced from the right bottom speaker. I'm trying to diagnose an fix it. Any guidance? Thanks

I would suspect a failing fan. There's just not much that moves in there. Could be a wire in the fans path.
