Is it ok to leave off a screw? 1.2mm VS. 1.3mm

I replaced the battery on my iPhone 5S. And I didn't keep great track of which screw went where. I read that putting any other screw into the 1.2mm hole can kill your logic board. I also read that it's ok to just put the other 3 screws in and leave this one empty, not to risk it. Has anyone done this? Should I just buy a 1.2mm screw online?

You can just leave the screw out, it should not affect the phone. But you are right about putting the wrong size in to it can ruin the board
