Lawn Mower idles slow and lacks power

My Toro lawn mower wouldn't start so I replaced the carburetor, spark plug, air filter and clean gas. I am now able to start my lawn mower but it idles slow/rough and lacks the power to cut the lawn. What can I do to fix this problem?

do you have a solid flow of fuel from the gas tank

does it have a throttle that you can adjust or is it a fixed speed

I believe it does have a solid flow of fuel. I also replaced the fuel hose from the gas tank to the carburetor.

I am not sure it has a throttle adjustment.

It does have an automatic choke.

when its running does it misfire or just run slow

Options

if there are any adjustment screws on the carb try adjusting them when its running. it sounds like they just need adjusted.
