Safe mode - asus preload wizard asus k52jt-sx061v

I got a blue screen so i used driver verifier to get another to see which driver was bad. And after i got the second blue screen i wanted to turn driver verifier off in Safe mode(because i am in a BSOD loop) but the problem is I cant get into safe mode on my asus laptop. When i start safemode it loads some program named Asus Preload Wizard and after its loaded the program says i can recover my 1st partition or second partition but it also states that you will lose all your data if you start the recovery. So i wanted to ask if you guys know a solution or some other way to delete my verifier configuration.
