BLU Studio 5.0C Glitching Screen Won't Go Away!

Every screen I go to (games, settings, home) I get a glitching discolored screen. I have only had the phone for maybe 2 months. I have taken amazing care of it and don't understand why it is doing this. Normally, I could turn the phone off and on and it would fix. Now, I can't get it to disappear and it is becoming almost impossible to use my phone.
