Can I trick my sensor
Need to trick my door sensor to say it is closed. Please advise. Thanks

I have a Brother MFC-J470DW and when scanning from a book i just trick the door sensor by sticking flat toothpicks in the hing slot to replicate the hing going down into the machine. be careful not to stick them in to far you need to get them out after. Hope this helps
