Phone overloaded, auto-reboot, result in unending boot loop

I have a Sharp 007sh, a LG Optimus Chic E720, a LG GT540 and a archos 32 internet tablet which are all running gingerbread. They all failed over years when doing some IO-heavy operations which are like installing large applications and such. The way they fails is that when doing those operations, it freeze for few minutes and then reboot automatically, but created an reboot loop which never make their way to homescreen. How can I fix them?
